NSPOA Quarterly Assessment Payments
Due dates: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1

• ​Lake Owners - $91.07 each quarter

• Non-Lake - $86.36 each quarter

• Lot Owners - $43.18 each quarter

A $35 late fee, plus interest will be added to any dues not paid within thirty days of the above dates.

Portal: Cedar Management has a portal (portal.mycmg.com) where you can view current statements, make payments, contact Cedar Management, see messages, and more. Click the "Sign Up" link on the right of the main portal page to create an account.

*Memo portion of the check should include your house number and initials of the street that you live on. For example 100 Park Springs Road would be 100PSR.
