NSPOA Quarterly Assessment Payments
Due dates: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1

• ​Lake Owners - $91.07 each quarter

• Non-Lake - $86.36 each quarter

• Lot Owners - $43.18 each quarter

A $35 late fee, plus interest will be added to any dues not paid within thirty days of the above dates.

​On the Portal you can click on “Make a Payment” and find information on your current balance and how to pay your NSPOA assessments. You may now pay via credit card, ACH, and check.
