​The NSPOA Board of Directors would like to inform you of a significant and positive change for our community.

​Effective November 1, 2025, the NSPOA will be ending its relationship with Cedar Management and transitioning to a self-managed association.

​

​We believe this strategic move will result in a better overall experience for property owners and allow us to allocate the association's resources in a more beneficial and efficient manner that directly serves our community's needs. The Board is committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.

​Action Required for Payments

​If you have a payment due, please DO NOT send it to Cedar Management.

​Instead, access our new online property owner portal to set up your account and make payments. The new portal offers several convenient ways to pay:

• ​Check (mailing instructions will be provided within the portal)
