2024 NSPOA Quarterly Fees
Due dates: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1
- Lake Owners - $94.90 each quarter
- Non-Lake - $79.15 each quarter
- Lot Owners - $42.53 each quarter
A $35 late fee, plus interest will be added to any dues not paid within thirty days of the above dates.
New Portal: Cedar Management has created a new portal (no longer The Vine). The new portal is where you can view current statements, make payments (via a link to Alliance Back), contact Cedar Management, see messages, and more.
The new site is portal.mycmg.com. If You Do Not Have a Login: Please click the "Sign Up" link on the right of the main portal page. That will take you to the Registration page.

Please be advised the Alliance Bank portal in which you make your payment did not change. You can still make payments the same way. If you are set up on auto pay with Alliance Bank, this will NOT be affected by the change. However, you will need to update your auto payments to reflect any new fee amounts.
