NSPOA Board 

Board Members

The North Springs Board is comprised of five community members.
​They each serve two year terms.

Co-President: Tricia Jusino - term ends 12/2024
Co-President: Larry Thompson - term ends 12/2024
Vice-President: Dan Cook - term ends 12/2024
Treasurer: Jim Holloway - term ends 12/2023
Secretary: Theresa Ivey - term ends 12/2023
At-Large: Trish Golliher - term ends 12/2024
At-Large: Bob Wilson - term ends 12/2024

Board Initiatives

For the 2023-24 fiscal year, the board is focused on the following initiatives:
  • improving communication (quarterly newsletters, develop resident email database, update website)
  • complete work at the dam to be in compliance with DHEC regulations
  • improving and upgrading security at our common areas
  • improve the safety and looks of the path and beach at the island
  • Repair/replace island bridge boards
  • identifying covenant violations and working with residents to get these violations resolved
  • work with lawyer to recover late association fees from residents

Dam Repair Documents
A top priority again this year is ensuring the dam is structurally sound and in compliance with DHEC regulations. Our guiding documents for this project have been an engineering plan which was based on a DHEC inspection report. Please find all documents below, for your review.
