Board Initiatives
For the 2024-25 fiscal year, the board is focused on the following initiatives:
- Improving communication (quarterly newsletters, develop resident email database, update website)
- Improving community relationships
- Revitalizing the Common Areas
- Working with neighbors to resolve covenant violations and reconcile past due accounts
Dam Repair Documents
A top priority again this year is ensuring the dam is structurally sound and in compliance with DHEC regulations. Our guiding documents for this project have been an engineering plan which was based on a DHEC inspection report. Please find all documents below, for your review.
